PRESENTATION
I'm 19 years old.I'm studying at Iscom, a school of communication and advertising. I live in the 15th district in Paris. When I was younger, I was a singer at the Paris Philharmonic, so I am already familiar with the field of art. I am a great fan of urban painting because I was able to paint the streets of our city myself with some friends. Street art is a discipline full of history, talent and beauty. Each work expresses a sensation, a desire, a story and crosses time with the evolution of the city.
To understand street art is to understand society. Street art takes its inspiration from the world's current events in search of controversy or poetry. Thus, street art is a work by man for contemporary men.
I am a 19 years old girl who has always lived in Argenteuil, in the Paris region. Having already done a year in art specialty, I acquired a certain artistic flair. I have always been attracted and passionate about art, in the field of fashion, design, music ... but today I am discovering an emerging interest in street art.
I find it fascinating how artists express themselves freely in public spaces by simply using their spray paint. it is a way for them to express themselves without the judgment of others. their arts remain. their arts "etch" the walls, their arts leave an imprint of history and bear witness to current events, past and present.
20 years old, Ex-student in law, now in communication. Likes reading, writing, and every form of art.
Lives in Paris, Vavin’s neighborough
I am a young man living in Paris since sixteen years now. I’ve saw every form of art that this city contains ; and the one that i loved the most is the street art. I love this idea that you can walk for twenty minutes and be able to see paintings or pieces. They can be hidden, in small alleys, or be at the public’s view, on wall of buildings. In other terms, everywere. I’ve travelled a lot around Europe, in great cities, and i have always saw the same thing : urban life expressing herself.More, we can have street art artists with a signature. As i said, you can walk for around half an hower in a city and perceive sreet art pieces : and you have, sometimes, the chance to see a piece from Banksy or Monsieur Chat. Monsieur Chat paints yellow cats in all the cities of Europe, in a pop-art style. That’s what i like of urban life, we can make art of it.
I am 19 years old and as my four other classmates I study at ISCOM which is a school of communication in Paris. According to my Belbin personality test, I am company worker.
We decided to create this blog dedicated to street art and how social media influences society in order to share with you the artists we appreciate, our discoveries and interact with you.
We have all wandered the streets and seen more or less large works on a wall, a fireplace, a sidewalk or even a post…
From year to year these artists get a greater power of influence and can even manage to convey messages which are sometimes more impactful than certain words. These new works of art enliven the streets with their colors and originality and beginning to ingeniously handle new media in order to reach more people.
I am eighteen’s. I study at ISCOM Paris, a school of communication and advertisement.
