It was on April 5, 2020 that the street artist Kobra posted on his Instagram @Kobrastreetart, his new work directly from his studio in Sao Paulo.
While half of humanity is confined, the Brazilian artist Kobra unveils his brand-new work to his loyal subscribers. It measures approximately 6 meters long by 3 meters high and represents five children each with a different religion visible thanks to the masks which cover their mouths and all in prayer position.

It was during an interview for CasaVogue, a Brazilian magazine, that the artist told the message he wanted to convey with this humanist fresco: "I wanted to strengthen the feeling of unity between peoples, regardless of their religion or race “.
In just one day, Kobra received over 200,000 likes and had just under
6,000 comments under his post with the caption: "In these times of necessary social isolation, we need to have faith. Regardless of our location, ethnicity and religion, we are united in the same prayer: May God inspire scientists to find the solution to this pandemic - and comfort our hearts so that we have strength and that we can continue together as a humanity. "

A very beautiful message, which gives hope in these difficult times ... So beautiful that the artist will surely reproduce his fresco in the heart of the city of Sao Paulo but also in New York which is the epicenter of the coronavirus.
To conclude this article, we can say that street art manages to communicate beautiful messages in all circumstances and ultimately unites us even when we are confined each on our side.
